The multi-axis circular cutting machine is mainly used for sawing risers and gates on aluminum, copper, and various non-ferrous alloy castings. The machine is driven by an imported high-speed direct-drive motor, offering exceptional safety, efficiency, high precision, and fully automated operation. It enables efficient, fully automatic cold sawing of casting risers and gates.

Application

Multi-Axis Circular Cutting Machine is suitable for cutting processes of components such as steering knuckles, exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, turbine housings, gear reducer housings, flywheel housings, universal joints, brake drums, pump bodies, valve bodies, and other castings.

Cutting Process

After an operator or a robot places the casting onto the fixture for positioning, the pressure claws clamp and secure the workpiece. The multi-axis servo sliding tables then drive the workpiece to move in multiple directions. Coordinated with the two-axis movement of the circular saw blade, the system enables multi-angle, three-dimensional riser and gate cutting.
